PERFORMANCE TASK IN TVE (EXPLORATORY)

NAME OF PRESERVE FOOD: SPICY GOURMET TUYO

MATERIALS/INGREDIENTS:
7PCS. OF TUYO
1 CUP OLIVE OIL
¼ CUP CORN OIL
1 HEAD OF GARLIC
5 PCS. RED CHILLI
1 TSP. PAPRIKA
½ TBSP. PEPPER CORN
2 PCS. CARRROTS (OPTIONAL)
GLASS CONTAINER (STERELIZED)
PROCEDURE:
*1 head of garlic (slice each clove in half)

*5 pieces red chilli


*1 tsp Paprika

*1/2 tbsp pepper corn

*7 pieces of tuyo
*1 cup Olive Oil *1/4 cup Corn Oil

*1/2 carrot (optional)


*Glass Container (sterilized)

*heat up oil in a pan


*pour in ¼ cup corn oil

*then a cup of Olive Oil


*fry the garlic *add in red chilli

*pepper corns *carrots


*paprika

*clean the dried fish


*put together everything inside glass container

*finished product
