RTO BRIEFING (by CM1)
Call out for any failure which affects flight safety. If a failure occurs before V1, I will call "STOP" or "GO". If I call STOP, I
will close the thrust levers and apply full revers thrust. You will monitor REVERSERS, DECEL and cancel any audio. When
the aircraft stopped, You will notify ATC and locate QRH for EMER EVAC procedure, I will stow reversers and set parking
Brake ON, advise the Cabin Crew "ATTENTION CREW! AT STATIONS!" and call “ECAM ACTIONS”. According to ECAM
ACTIONS, we will decide Emergency Evacuation Procedures or taxi. If I call “GO” we will continue TAKE OFF.
EO/EOSID Briefing (by PF):
In case of failure after V1:
Continue TO, no actions before 400 ft AGL except gear up with my command. Reaching 400 ft AGL, I will request ECAM
actions.
Reaching EO ACC altitude;
− If the engine is secured, I push the LEVEL OFF, accelerate and clean up
− Otherwise continue climbing until the engine is secured (but not above EO maximum acceleration altitude)
At green dot: I will select OP CLB to MSA, set the Thrust MCT, then resume ECAM, after TO C/L, Status
ENG OUT routing will be as: EOSID, SID, radar vector, immediate return
