Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the T-Shirt I ordered last week from your
online website.

On 25 February 2021 I visited your website and ordered a T-Shirt. It was delivered this morning
and there are several problems regarding my purchased.

Firstly, according to your website, orders normally takes three weeks, but in fact it took over
three months, arriving too late for me to offer it to my friend as a birthday present.

Then, the packaging of your product was not in good condition. Also the paper bag was
deformed.

To make matters worse, the print of the T-Shirt I received was cracked. This was not the quality
that I was expecting. I have been following your social media and reading all the reviews. But
the service I received has been extremely poor.

I believe that I am entitled to a full refund against these shirts.
