1. What is the effect of practicing the 12 core principles of business ethics among employees?
Answer: The effect when employees practice the 12 core principles of business ethics is it
disciplines the employees making them aware about customary values and morals or in other
words continuously practice ethical practices within the business environment.

2. How can a company benefit from ethical practices of its employees?

Answer: Significantly, a company can benefit when employees practice ethical practices for it
establishes high credibility or maintains the good image of the organization and attracts more
customers as well.

3. Which among the unethical practices should be the first to be avoided in the priority list of
companies? Why?
Answer: In my opinion, among the unethical practices that a company must be avoided the
accounting manipulations should be the one that a company must keep an eye on because an
organization’s financial transactions and financial statements is so important and the
information in it shouldn’t be manipulated just to cover up the company’s true status.

4. How should a company credo look like based on the components of a code of ethics?
Answer: Based on the components of a code of ethics, a company’s credo must include: ethical
principles which includes workplace behavior and respect for all people. Values: includes
an honest, unbiased and unprejudiced work environment. Management support: this
includes considering the code as the bible of employees in terms of ethics. Another one
is, personal responsibility. This is about preserving the code of ethics in an organization
because any violation of the code may involve legal and moral consequences.
