seller.

We note that the sum established has been paid into your trust account by way of an initial deposit,
with the balance deposit of due on before January 5th. Please advice us in writing when the balance
deposit money have been paid.

If the deposit has been paid by either bank check or insurance bond, please forward a copy of the same
to us by return.

We will confirm when the settlement has been effected in due course.
