Bev Jozwiak and Donna Zagotta. These three
Jurors, who were voted on by the NWS Signature
Members, will also evaluate the artwork submitted
for review to achieve Signature status. The health
of our Jurors of Selection, NWS Members and
volunteers is imperative and therefore, this
exhibition will be online only. Accepted artwork

In Memoriam

Norman Kirk, NWS (February 20, 1924 - January 15, 2021)


“He studied and pursued art his entire life, though interrupted by
WWII where he fought in the Philippines. He took his discharge from
the Army in California and stayed. He lived and worked in the Los
Angeles area before moving to Ventura County in the late '70s
where he taught watercolour painting at Ventura College.
