For almost three years as Land Management Inspector and

designated for two years as Land Investigating Officer
(LIO) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Officer,
certified by Department of Justice. He basically handled
Claims and Conflict Cases and Petitions for Reversion in
which he had terminated 102 cases filed at CENRO
Central Pangasinan.

Further, on his 3rd year (2019), as an addition to his

functions, he was then again designated as Focal Person
for the accomplishment of Patrimonial Property target
(Insular Government Property Sales application/IGPSA)
for CY 2019. Upon his assumption, the accomplishment
on the Order of Award/Deed of Sale was up to 60% and
the appraisal and re-appraisal target was accomplished at
100%.
His dedication as a public servant established his
efficiency and effectiveness in that office, and thereby
recognized by DENR Pangasinan and Regional Office
No.1 by awarding him the Meritorious Increment Award
for CY 2018 based on exemplary assessment rated by
DENR Pangasinan Officers and Supervisors.
