Regrettably completion dates agreed have not been honoured 2. Pursuant to Clause 22.0 of the Conditions of Contract, you are instructed to expeditiously ‘complete the outstanding and snag work items. Note that if within fourteen days of this written notice you do not comply therewith, then the Employer may employ and pay other persons to ‘execute any work whatsoever which may be necessary to give effect to such instructions. All costs incurred in connection with such employment shall be recoverable from yourselves by the Employer as a debt or may be deducted from any money due or to become due to yourselves under this contract. 3. An updated schedule compiled following our joint inspection of the works on 4" March 2016 is attached hereto. 4. Your attention is further drawn to the general provisions of Clause 23.0 and in particular clause 23.5 of the Conditions of Contract relating to ‘Specification of Goods, Materials and ‘Workmanship’ All works must be duly supervised to ensure that they are executed in accordance with the contract.
