From my point of view, Zeitland’s aspiration for transformations into culture
correlated to changes in the external environment. Although there are many plausible changes suggested such as changes in the age of the labor, clients’ tastes and changes in industry, technology changes in the industry is part of the general environment as it affects all companies belonging in the same industry. According to customer tastes and preferences (trend), which influences the conduct of day-to- day transactions and therefore directly affects its operations and company performance, belongs to the task environment. Besides, an increasingly younger workforce is also one of the factors in the specific environment.

When mentioned about Cam Leslie’s organization, working with good
performance, therefore management should not pay too much attention to his unity instead of Cam’s behavior and interaction with subordinates. Having met Cam Lislie, Zeitland supposed Cam is a good person nevertheless I think the problem may relate to him.
