With reference to your above mentioned enquiry, we are pleased to submit our bid for your kind
consideration and perusal.
We want to bring into your kind knowledge that DDFC has a very good past experience of working
on “U” Stamped projects. We have already manufactured total of 70 Filter Separators, 04 Vertical
Scrubbers, 3 phase separators, Several knock off drums / Vessels and heat exchangers for
Oil and Gas and Chemical process Industries in Pakistan.
DDFC has cultivated an extensive customer base in Oil & Gas sector that consists of
Multinationals such as BHP Billiton, MOL, Ranhill Berhard Malaysia, Petronas Carigalli, OMV
and National conglomerates like SNGPL, OGDCL, PPL, ICI & IFL.

For your equipment we are utilizing process know how & internals from a North American specialist
company including their warranties. Mechanical design & construction is executed by DDFC & duly
approved by ASME inspector (U-Stamp). DDFC has a valid U-Stamp certification.

Our proposal is prepared on the basis of technical data provided in the tender specifications. It
comprised of the following sections.

DDFC Scope of Work & Client Responsibilities

1 DDFC Scope of Work

• Designing of equipment according to code ASME Sec VIII, Div 1.
• Import / Procurement of Raw Material.
• Fabrication of equipment in accordance with specifications & design Code.
• Connections as stated in Section-A.
• Radiography of equipment as stated in Section-A.
• Hydro testing of equipment as stated in Section-A.
• Stress Relieving of vessels as stated in Section-A.
• Sand Blasting & Painting as stated in Section-A.
• Loading of The Equipments at DDFC Workshop.
• Internal for Fuel Gas KO Drum as stated in Section-A.
• 3rd party inspection (U Stamp) as stated in Section-A.

2 Client Responsibilities / DDFC Exclusions

Following items /services are not included in DDFC scope and would be the part of client
supply:
• Erection / Installation and Commissioning of the equipment.
• Any type of additional Valves, Controls & Instruments for equipment other than quoted.
• Civil Foundations / Civil work for filters including Anchor Bolts, Embedded Plates & Shim
plates.
• Transportation of equipment up to customer site (Can be offered at extra cost if site is
communicated to DDFC).
• Any type of internals witch are not mentioned in DDFC scope.
• Any type of Sacrificial anodes.
• Any types of valves controls and instruments.
• Provision of insulation.
• Provision of ladder and ladder platform for Fuel Gas KO Drum (not specified in Data Sheet).
• Any service / items not specifically mentioned in DDFC scope of work

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 PAYMENT TERMS
35 % of total job order value as advance at the time of order confirmation.
20% of total job order value on proof of ordering of Raw material.
20 % of total job order on delivery of shell plate material, dish ends and flanges and
completion of design.
15 % of total job order value on hydrostatic test of equipments at DDFC works duly
witnessed by ASME inspector
10% of total job order value before delivery of equipment from DDFC works after your
inspection.

All payments will be released within 15 calendar days of submission of invoice.

In case of delay in payments delivery shall be effected

2 INCOME TAX:
Income tax shall be deducted from payments made to DDFC unless a copy of exemption
certificate is provided.

3 SALES TAX & OTHER TAXES:

Our offered price is without sales tax which is currently applicable at 17%. These will be paid
by the customer at the time of dispatch of equipment.

If the tax rate change in future or additional taxes are imposed by the government these
would be payable at the applicable rates.

4 DELIVERY:
Subject to DDFC Standard Terms & Conditions attached along with.

The delivery shall be 24 ~26 weeks from the date of confirmed order and receipt of advance
payment in case of all import items are delivered by sea.
