What questions would you ask to ascertain the nature of the multi-generational issues?

Based on the given scenarios, the questions that I would ask to ascertain the nature of the multi-
generation concerns are the following: What are the ages of the employee in the company? (This
determines the number of baby boomers in their generation and who are among them part of the
generation of the Millennium). Who is leading the institution among them? To ascertain who
among them represents the upper level of management who typically are the Baby Boomers who
are aging from 56-75 years old and generally rank and file workers are usually the Millennials.
What is the organization's vision, mission or goals? (To discover why, despite their age and their
problems, this person works in this organization)
The Society for the Management of Human Resources (SHRM) and AARP data show that
around 50 percent of the workforce is in Millennials. Meanwhile, people over 65 are larger than
ever before. While these younger and older workers overlap with the staff, research shows that
they usually want things that vary enormously from their occupations. The former tend to focus
on personal intent and growth while the latter pursue safety and stability. SHRM also points out
that there may be obstacles due to differences in the styles of communication, general work
practices, and cooperation and employer expectations.
Investing in an enterprise can commonly vary between generations and the durability of an
employee's dedication to this business. In addition to the fact that they are now much later at
work and thus less likely to hop around, Millenials, Gen Y and Z are usually delighted to travel
and to experience work opportunities. Whereas Baby boomers are more likely to commit and
invest in a business more profoundly. It can also afford to provide the advantages and versatility
that younger generations want to provide a robust corporate culture to ensure deeper investments
across the whole of the business.
What questions would you ask to understand if there may be other issues relating to race
and gender? (10 Marks)
The questions you should ask them whether gender and race are other issues:
 What are the number of men and women?
 Who are foreign citizens among them?
 What is their belief or religion? - (a factor in determining why they don't get along)
The operation of these immigration laws means that women from blacks and minorities are
limited on their autonomy and right to live free of violence. It also increases the abuse in the
family, given that the laws of immigration give the settled spouse an additional power to
impunity violence in the knowledge that there will be no social censorship. Paradoxically,
restrictions on immigration strengthen patriarchal links and prejudice against men and women.
But in government rhetoric and national polices and house violence efforts designed to increase
social awareness and to decrease social tolerance of domestic violence, this component of
immigration law and policy is not discussed. So big domestic violence initiatives do not
recognize that violence or protection from violence is not a common cause for all women.
At the same time that black and minority women are "over-controlled," their perspectives are
also "under-controlled." History has still 'under-policed' domestic violence. However, in many
official literature on domestic violence, the experience of black women with domestic violence is
seen in the police and prosecution as one of gender discrimination and discriminatory positions.
However, South Asian women, in particular, have experienced a lack of criminality by the police
in domestic violence.
