 NAME OF THE FIRM 

The business will carry the name BUBBLE TEA HAVEN. It isthe shop that offers quality standard product. The

word „bubble

 tea

definitely connotes its natural meaning pertaining to afruit or milk tea that contains polyphones, which are
naturallyoccurring compounds that act as antioxidants.

LOCATION OF THE FIRM BUBBLE TEA HAVEN

will be strategically located at Guimba.This location is expected to be an effective location becausethere will be no
competitors that offers the same product andservices which the establishment shall cater. The location isnear in
market where many people visit, wander and purchase whichare exactly sixty-four (64) barangays.

Our vision is to help create the best tasting teas that

marked as one of the shop‟s highly reputable market that could

attract visitors within the region as well as from other places.

Our mission is to help create a different milk tea drinkingexperience that would leave customers satisfied and
lookingforward to more. Moreover, the business aims to go on extra milein giving its clients the ultimate revitalizing
stay by offeringluscious milk or fruit tea beverages providing efficient andfriendly service a midst, a clean and cozy
environment.

1.5.1 MANAGEMENT ASPECT

BUBBLE TEA HAVEN will obtain through required capitalthrough the contribution of the owners of the business.
Thebest type of organization appropriate for the business ispartnership. Partnership is a type of business.

1.5.2 MARKETING ASPECT

Marketing strategies like local fliers, tarpaulins, banners andpre-opening promos are appropriate for advertising the
business in themarket.

1.5.3 TECHNICAL ASPECT

The proposed business will require a fully built building with anarea of 40 square meters. Materials and other supplies
will beobtained from the manufacturers which we have selected.

1.5.4 FINANCIAL ASPECT

The amount of the 450,000 is substantially enough to put up theproposed project of Bubble Tea Haven. Based on the
projection asdepicted by the financial statements the proposed project is kindproductivity on profitable undertaking.

 1.5.5 SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT

The Bubble tea Haven is under small business which creates impactto the society. First to the customers to fill their
satisfaction,second is to the government for paying taxes and lastly to theproposed business because it generates
employees.

Since the proposed business will be born at Guimbba‟s market the

researcher conducted a market survey, analysis and gatheredinformation.Based on the National Statistic office of
Municipality of Guimba, theestimated populations of the said place from January 2011 to January2012 are

impact to its target market and to the government by paying regular taxes, choice of the product on the part of the
customers and generate employees from out of school youth and other resident of the prospective place of the
business. The proposed business will be offering different delight of tea mixing, and this product will give a
refreshing taste to the customers and the objectives of the business are strategically centered on 3criteria:

to create strong consumer awareness towards a completely new bubble tea Heaven

to establish a wide brand recognition through the capture of market shares in the functional drinks segment, and;

to become the top market leader.

Even thought there a lot of business being built or some business using some innovation to their products and some
are successful now a days, we may also overcome what they did by serving our market better foe our products
through discipline and hard work.
