The following Moving Services Offer is entered between:

 FastProject S.R.L./Movadore™, duly represented by Manager George Serban,

hereinafter referred to as („Service Provider”); and

 Guus van Loo (“Customer”) in reference to the move taking place on 26/27 February
2021 (a fixed date to be determined by the Customer).

The price for the requested moving services is: 2400 Eur-, + VAT.

1 week of storage included in the aforementioned price.

The Service Provider undertakes the obligation to provide the following moving services, as
listed below:

-Loading in

 Armhoefstraat, Tilburg (“Pick-up Address”)

-Unloading in

 Van Wijtvlietstraat, Poppel (BE) (“Destination Address”)

-Item List / Volume:

40 – 50 boxes

DEFINITIONS

• „Fragile items” – musical instruments, valuable collectibles, technological

accessories, glass ornaments, lamps, mirrors, glass vases, expensive electronics
devices.

• „Furniture” – the movable articles, as tables, chairs, desks or cabinets, required for
use or ornament in a house, office, or the like.
 • “Kitchenware” - tools, utensils, appliances, dishes, and cookware used in food
preparation, or the serving of food, can also be used to hold or store food before or
after preparation.

• „Personal Items” - privately articles owned by an individual, small enough to be

carried.

• „Clothes” - garments for the body, articles of dress, wearing apparel.

Standard Service:

• Moving Company will load all Customer’s possessions into a vehicle having 21(m3)
total loading capacity, will drive that vehicle to the destination, and will unload all
Customer’s possessions at the destination address.

• Moving Company will use 2/4 number of employees during the loading and unloading
phases.

• Moving Company will unload Customer’s property into specific rooms at Customer’s
direction.

• Moving Company hereby asserts that it is properly licensed and insured with CMR
insurance up to 30.000 Euros

*The Customer is obligated to pack Customer’s property (clothes, personal items,

fragile items, furniture, kitchenware) into appropriate boxes and other containers.

Upon agreeing on this offer, the Service Provider and the Customer expressly consent that the
goods will be picked-up on 26/27 February 2021 and will be further delivered after loading
at the Destination Address (as the client will chose the date), as agreed upon by both Parties.

The offer needs to be approved on latest 29.01.2021 so this price can be maintained.
