1. Job Identification

2. Job Summary:

Responsible for all HR Functions such as personnel management, Recruitment and the maintenance
ofHR records.

3.Core Responsibilities and Related Tasks:

 Supervising the engineering team. i.e. Electrical, Maintenance and HVAC.


 Responsible for the successful implementation of technical or involved engineering task in the
creation and development of automatic, semi-automatic and manually controlled production
machines, or other items presenting new or constantly changing problems of materials,
customer requirements and product uses.
 Guiding and suggesting changes, requirements, and necessities as per requirements.
 Prioritize engineering projects and assignments for completion by the appropriate engineering
personnel.
 Establish systems to document and maintain drawing compliance.
 Insure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP and ISO), safety policies, and good
housekeeping and that safety and hazard practices are understood and followed.
 Work to assure Quality Assurance requirements and regulatory compliance are maintained
 Training the newly joined employees and educating them about the SOPs of the engineering
department.
 Maintaining records of the ongoing task and document them properly.
 Directs, maintains and enforces the safety program; assist to review safety policies and
procedures to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance personnel.
 Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintain electrical engineering equipment.
 Inspects work for completeness.
 Maintain records of equipment operation, maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance
work orders and other essential data.
 Developed and implemented operating procedures to increase safety, decrease injuries, and
increase productivity.
 Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on all necessary equipment on both routine
and emergency schedules.
 Maintained and operated emergency diesel generators.
 Maintained and inspected all areas for inspection including water tank, fire panel and
emergency systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION

 Manages Load sharing, shedding, Sizing & selection of Emergency Generators.


 Timely fill out the Logbooks related to engineering department.

4.QUALIFICATION:

Diploma in Mechanical (DAE)

5. SKILLS

1. Leadership skills and a track record of developing subordinates


2. Knowledge of Mechanical inventory and purchasing Systems
3. Thorough knowledge in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Technical Management, and
Operations of Production.

5.EXPERIENCE:
10 years

6.AUTHORITY:

- Authority to accept or reject HVAC request from departments.


- Authority to conduct inspection of the machines of production area.
- Authority to stop machines while running if any abnormality found.
