1.“Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” -Robert Frost. 2.

Sonnet 116 by Shakespeare

Whose woods these are I think I know. Let me not to the marriage of true minds
His house is in the village, though; Admit impediments. Love is not love
He will not see me stopping here Which alters when it alteration finds,
To watch his woods fill up with snow. Or bends with the remover to remove:
My little horse must think it queer O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
To stop without a farmhouse near That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
Between the woods and frozen lake It is the star to every wandering bark,
The darkest evening of the year. Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
He gives his harness bells a shake Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
To ask if there is some mistake. Within his bending sickle's compass come:
The only other sound's the sweep Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
Of easy wind and downy flake. But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep, If this be error and upon me proved,
But I have promises to keep, I never writ, nor no man ever loved.
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

1. The Poor Ghost by Christina Rossetti Thro' sickness I was ready to tend:
But death mars all, which we cannot mend.
‘Oh whence do you come, my dear friend, to me,
With your golden hair all fallen below your knee, "Indeed I loved you; I love you yet
And your face as white as snowdrops on the lea, If you will stay where your bed is set,
And your voice as hollow as the hollow sea?" Where I have planted a violet
Which the wind waves, which the dew makes wet."
"From the other world I come back to you,
My locks are uncurled with dripping drenching dew. "Life is gone, then love too is gone,
You know the old, whilst I know the new: It was a reed that I leant upon:
But tomorrow you shall know this too." Never doubt 1 will leave you alone
And not wake you rattling bone with bone.
"Oh not tomorrow into the dark, I pray;
Oh not tomorrow, too soon to go away: "I go home alone to my bed,
Here I feel warm and well-content and gay: Dug deep at the foot and deep at the head,
Give me another year, another day." Roofed in with a load of lead,
Warm enough for the forgotten dead.
"Am I so changed in a day and a night
That mine own only love shrinks from me with fright, "But why did your tears soak thro' the clay,
Is fain to turn away to left or right And why did your sobs wake me where I lay?
And cover up his eyes from the sight?" I was away, far enough away:
"Indeed I loved you, my chosen friend, Let me sleep now till the Judgment Day."
I loved you for life, but life has an end;

4.A Love Song I'm happy you chose me from all of the rest,
Let me sing you a love song And I'm proud 'cause I know that I got the best.
About what I feel in my heart; When I think of you, you fill my mind;
Butterflies can't find nectar There’s no more thinking room I find.
Whenever we're apart.
You're a flower in bloom. I've learned so much from you
In the dark, in the gloom, About loving, sharing, giving;
It's you who brightens my day. I know if I hadn't met you,
How many ways do I need you? I wouldn't be really living.
Every day, every way, come what may. No one loves me like you do;
I have to feel your tender touch; You fill my every need,
I have to hear your voice; And that is why, my darling,
No other one could take your place; I’ll follow wherever you lead.
You’re it; I have no choice. darkness soon curtailed, curtained, his vision.
I’m so blessed I found you as my priceless prize was it a dutiful hand or a cruel
You’re a treasure in every way. master who gave glimpse of that golden wing?
I searched with the rest and discovered the best did he live by it, or die by it?
Finding you was my luckiest day.

4.Phenomenal Woman By Maya Angelou Then they swarm around me,  Now you understand
Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.  A hive of honey bees.  Just why my head's not bowed.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size  I say,  I don't shout or jump about
But when I start to tell them,  It's the fire in my eyes,  Or have to talk real loud.
They think I'm telling lies.  And the flash of my teeth,  When you see me passing
I say,  The swing in my waist,  It ought to make you proud.
It's in the reach of my arms  And the joy in my feet.  I say,
The span of my hips,  What they see in me.  It's in the click of my heels,
The stride of my step,  They try so much  The bend of my hair,
The curl of my lips.  But they can't touch  the palm of my hand,
I walk into a room  My inner mystery The need of my care,
Just as cool as you please,  It's in the arch of my back,  'Cause I'm a
And to a man,  The sun of my smile,  woman Phenomenally.
The fellows stand or  The ride of my breasts,  Phenomenal woman, That's me.
Fall down on their knees.  The grace of my style.

2. Storm At Sea by Amar Qamar Staring ahead into the dead of night.
Rocking and rolling as they try to stand...
Crasing waves... Smasing seas...  Hoping against hope that they soon reach land.
Bringing sailors to their knees.  ..
As they struggle to save their lives,  Bleary eyed from lack of sleep.
Hoping and praying help arrives.  Down in their cabins, huddled like sheep.
.. As they're rocking and rolling down beneath,
The stormy seas as dark as coal,  Weary sailors above resist with gritted teeth.
Preventing the sailors from reaching their goal.
Battered and bruised, but still they fight...
