Subject: Requirement for Asset to verify as-built P&ID as constructed

Dear All,

In a recent fire incident in Upstream, it was found that P&ID was updated, however the latest revision did not capture
certain equipment though it was being operated at location and was captured in previous P&ID revision.

Based on this lesson learnt, Upstream Assets are required to verify that all as-built P&ID drawings are updated exactly as
constructed.

The purpose of the verification is to ensure that similar findings are not repeated and operation team are operating and
maintaining the facilities safely.

All Assets are required to complete the verification by December 2019.
