1. Who invented the kite?


the history of a human flight is older than you might imagine.
Although the details are not exact, it is estimated that around 2,500 years ago, the Chinese
put together a simple bamboo and silk structure that became the first kite.

2. What was the dream of flight?


For most of human history, the dream of flying was just that: a dream. But over the years,
the idea of human flight passed from one mind to another until, eventually, it became a
reality.

3. Who made the first models of airplane and what were they made of?
the first ones intents of flying were Leonardo Da Vinci betweeen the years 1488 and 1505,
he designed some models which never worked and their design was based in the fligth of
the birds. The materials which were used for the creation of this invents were wooden and
cloth.
During his life, he designed more than a dozen machines with wings, but as far as we know,
none of them flew.

It is believed that the first sustained and controlled flight in history took place on September
24, 1852 when Henri Giffard flew 15 miles (24 km) in France from Paris to Trappes with the
Giffard airship, a non-rigid, hydrogen-fueled aircraft. by a 3 horsepower (2.2 kW) steam
engine driving a 3-blade propeller.

were two American aviation pioneers generally credited with inventing, building, and flying
the world's first successful motor-operated airplane. The original Wright Flyer, aircraft that
made the first powered and controlled flight in 1903 (Orville Wright and Wilbur Wright).

On July 24, 1898, Amelia Earhart, the most famous pilot of all time, was born. His great
achievements earned him world fame, but his plane disappeared during his last challenge:
around the world. Earhart became the first woman to cross the Atlantic alone.

historic feat that began on May 20, 1927. The Spirit of Saint Louis, a 2-ton single-engine
aircraft.

BASE jumping is the recreational sport of jumping from fixed objects, using a parachute to
descend safely to the ground.

10. Name three accidents of airplane.


accidents that occurred in 1954 in the middle of the sea, raised great doubts regarding the
safety of the plane. The main cause of the accidents was due to the fatigue of the metal
around the window where the radio unit was housed, and the windows, both of which were
square, which ended up succumbing by the edges to the pressurization of the cabin.

11. Who created the first aircraft and which year?


In 1890 the plane itself was created by Clement Ader and on October 9 of that same year he
managed to fly and take off 50m with his Eole, later he repeated the feat in Airplane II and
managed to fly 200m in 1892 and in 1897 with Plane III managed to fly 300m.
