Facts in Brief

The customers originally used the pump-to-point lubrication system.

Hydraulic Unit & ExBox-L
This compressor is also equipped with HydroCOM.

The Lube rate of the old lubrication system cannot be adjusted accurately.

Because of excessive lubrication, the pack rings of this compressor were

broken every two months.

The customer’s goals are higher reliability due to the smartness and
intelligence of the lubrication system.

Solution applied Injectors

In June 2018 the XperLUBE system was installed, to replace the old
lubrication system.

The XperLUBE system was implemented in the plant’s DCS system for
remote, real-time monitoring and control.

The lube rates are automatically reduced according to the given

HydroCOM

Results DCS Display

The XperLUBE system can adjust and monitor the lube rate of each lube
point individually and accurately.

While the load of HydroCOM changes, the rube rate of each injectors will
automatically change according to the load.

The system can be started and stopped in DCS remotely.

The lube rate of each lube points can be set in DCS remotely.

The actual lube rate and various operation values can be displayed in
DCS..
