EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

Dear Keepers/Leaders:

We praise God for giving us a wonderful opportunity to promote the PNP Core Values,
Police Officers Pledge, and Transformational Leadership through our trainings, courses and
seminars such as the Leadership Development Lecture Series and Anger Management in support
to the PNP Internal Discipline Mechanism (Preventive, Restorative, Punitive).

This year is another season for our advocacy to help build a God-centered, Service-
oriented, and Family-based PNP. The establishment of My Sister’s Keeper in 2020 is a recognition
of the role of women in our organization apart from My Brother’s Keeper (est.1999). As such, we
shall continue to partner with the PNP Chaplain Service, Bless Our Cops movement, SWIM life
coaches, and other volunteers to train and develop more emerging leaders in the PNP.
