C. License of Publishing Rights

The Author hereby grants to the Publisher the right to a non-

worldwide, royalty-free license to publicly perform, copy,

available, communicate to the public, modify, edit, manage,
distribute, archive, store and publish in whole or in part of the
Contribution in all media of expression now known or later
developed, including on any third party platform in order to
prepare an article for publication or distribution and
redistribution. The Author also grants to the Publisher and any
other third party the right to license to use in whole or in part of
the Contribution for all commercial or educational purposes,
and to sell copies of the Contribution in any form, in all
languages, throughout the world.

D. Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0)

The Author acknowledges and agrees that the Contribution will
be published by the Publisher in the Journal and made freely
available to all users under the terms of the Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0). The Author
acknowledges and agrees that that Publisher is the exclusive
“Licensor” of the Contribution and that the Publisher may make
the Contribution freely available to all users under the CC BY
4.0 License.

E. Copyright Notice
The Author and the employee, company, institution,
government, or agency agree that any part of or whole copies
of the Contribution thereof distributed or posted by them in
print, electronic format, or any media of expression now known
or later developed as permitted herein will include the notice of
copyright as stipulated in the Journal by the Publisher and a
full citation to the Journal.

F. Royalties
The Author acknowledges and agrees that this License
Agreement entitles the Author to no royalties or fees. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, the Author waives any and
all rights the Author may have to collect royalties or other fees
in relation to the Contribution or in respect of any use of the
Contribution by the Publisher, its sublicensees, or any other
third party.

G. Publication of Contributions
The Author represent and warrant that by submitting or making
a Contribution (including without limitation all tables, abstracts,
graphics, illustrations, data, diagrams and other materials
accompanying the text of the Contribution) for the purposes of
publication:

(I) the Author has the right and power to enter into this License
Agreement, to grant the rights and licenses granted pursuant
to this License Agreement, and to perform all of its other
obligations contained in this License Agreement.

(II) the Contribution is the Author’s original work, all individuals

identified as Author(s) actually contributed to the Contribution,
and all individuals who contributed are included.

(III) if the Contribution was prepared jointly, the Author has

informed all co-Authors of the terms of this Open Access
License Agreement and has read, understands and has
agreed to the terms of this License Agreement. The Author has
obtained all co-Authors’ written permission to execute this
License Agreement on their behalf.

(IV) the Contribution is submitted only to this Journal and has

not been published before by another publisher, has not been
included in another manuscript, and is not currently under
consideration or accepted for publication elsewhere.

(V) the Contribution and any submitted supplemental materials

and research data contain no libelous or unlawful statements,
do not infringe upon the rights (including without limitation the
copyright, patent or trademark rights) or the privacy of others,
do not breach any confidentiality obligation, do not violate a
contract or any law, or do not contain material or instructions
that might cause harm or injury, and only utilize data that has
been obtained in accordance with applicable legal
requirements and Journal policies.

 (VI) the Author have obtained all necessary permissions and
licenses for any third-party material, data or code contained in
the Contribution (including without limitation all illustrations,
charts, photographs, maps or other material) and the
Contribution does not infringe any copyright, trade mark right
or any other rights of any third party. If excerpts from
copyrighted works owned by third parties are included, the
Author shall obtain written permission from the copyright
owners and show credit to the sources in the Contribution.

(VII) there are no conflicts of interest relating to the

Contribution, except as disclosed. The Author has disclosed all
potential conflicts of interest accordingly, including without
limitation, personal or political interests, commercial
associations or financial interests held by the Author and any
co-Authors. Information shall be clearly identified on the
Contribution.

(VIII) the Author has due care, diligence and all other requisite
investigations were carried out in the preparation of the
Contribution to ensure its accuracy and all statements
contained in it purporting to be factual are true and correct.

(IX) the Publisher represents and warrants that it has the right
and power to enter into this License Agreement and to perform
its obligations contained in this Agreement, and that the
person or any third party executing this License Agreement on
the Publisher’s behalf is authorized to do so.

(X) the Author indemnifies the Publisher and agrees to defend

and hold them harmless from and against any and all liability,
claims, damage, loss, costs or expenses, including attorney’s
fees and costs of settlement, incurred by any such relating to
any misrepresentation in, or breach or alleged breach of the
Author’s representations or warranties or other representations
contained in this Agreement. If the Author fails to promptly or
diligently pursue any defense of any indemnified party, the
indemnified parties, or any of them, may assume such defense
at the Author’s expense.
