My online shopping experience

As a competitive PC video gamer,its important for me investing with proper gaming

equipments. In order to assess gaming equipment and enhance gaming performance, I
should have the highest quality mouse, mouse pad, keyboard, headset. These four key tools
allow me a good chance to perform very well in a video game. Most of the equipment I have
locally excluding the mouse. This is because not all the mouse are made equally and hard to
find in certain shops in my case. Therefore, I managed to buy a competitive gaming mouse
so called model G402 Hyperion Fury mouse from its official website store.I’ve been done a
lot of research about the product and it really fits me.The items I've been searching for a
suitable mouse for me depend on the brands and the required requirements based on my
emphasis on the video game genre.Logitech is an American-Swiss manufacturer of
computer peripherals and software, with headquarters in Lausanne,Switzerland and Newark,
California.They been contributing a lot of equipments to professional Esport players to
improvise and satisfy their performance in video games tournament.

Where I bought the products from and why I choose it based on the effectiveness of
buying from the web store

The reason why I bought the product from its online web store is that the product can’t be
found in my local area as it can’t be found in other physical store around Malaysia as the
product is pretty rare.However in terms of e-commerce store like Lazada and Shoppe,they
are sellers do sell the same product but the only problem for me is the originality of the
products.Some sellers tend to sell knock off products especially electronic products in the
store so its important for me to bought from its official website.This is because the website
offers comparison shopping to let me compare the products they provide based on my
personal preference.In other words,this let the customers search for reviews of their
products choice as they can compare price, quality and requesr customer service.Logitech’s
web store also offered wider selection of their products from mouse to keyboards.This
comes with variations of the products that suit customer’s personal preference let it be for
business or for esport needs.For the product I bought,it’s more cheap compared to other
brands such as Razer and Steel Series as they tend to be more expensive.

Steps I took when purchasing the product from the website

1.Go to the web store and look for the desired model by filtering the search engine so I can
quickly find my product.

2.Once I’ve found it,I need to make sure the specification of the product is correct and meets
my requirement.

3.I therefore can make an order via placing the product in the cart for purchase processing.

4.Before I make a final decision to purchase it,the web store will ask me to login my
Logitech’s member account for safely measures as it will straight gave me captcha code
followed by asking me if I wanted to apply 10% discount voucher for my first order of their
product.

5. I filled in my debit card’s information and shipping address.

6.After the purchasing process is done,the web store will notify me the tracking number of
my product via email.

7.Wait for the shipment to arrive and its delivery to my allocated delivery address.

Conclusion

In my view,I am really satisfied with buying the product from Logitech’s web store compared
to buying one at retail store as I can easily check the availability of the product as I don’t
need to hustle to check just like that at local retail store.Regardless of time taken for the
product delivery to my place,they ensure that my product will be arrived safely without a
single scratch.For those gamers who wished to look for outstanding gaming equipment,can
have a good look not just at Logitech,but they also can search other brands of their desire.
