PREFACE
To maintain and cope up with the growing competition from various retail marketing,
The broad objective of this project is to equip the trainees with all the quality which is
essential to face any circumstances which can arise while providing service to the
customers.
This project will accomplish to understand how people interact with the technology
savy products and if they are ready for doing all the trading through net. The project
also helps in understanding the trend of the scripts of the particular sector in different
marketing conditions.
All these steps helps me to understand how to cope up with different types of people
and their diversified needs and satisfaction level.
Productivity is the main concern of any industrial/service organisation for its survival
in the competitive business world; it can be achieved in different ways.

8. MINOR MINERAL
“Minor minerals” is defined in clause (e) of the Section 3 of the
Mines and Minerals (Regulations and Development) Act 1957
(MMRD Act’57). The current list of minor minerals is given
below:
“Building stones, gravel, ordinary clay, ordinary sand other than
sand used for prescribed purposes (used for refractory, ceramics,
metallurgical, optical and stowing in coal mines purposes,
manufacture of silvicrete cement, sodium silicate, pottery and
glass purposes), boulder, shingle, chalcedony pebbles (used for
ball mills purposes only), limeshell, Kankar, and limestone used
in kilns for manufacture of lime used as building material,
murrum, brick earth, fuller’s earth, bentonite, road-metal,
rehmatti, slate and shale used for building material, stone used
for household utensils, marble, quartzite and sandstone when
used for purposes of building or for making road-metal and
household utensil and saltpeter” (Source: Respective State

The slim drill machines and quarry masters are used to drill
holes through which diamond wire saw is passed and the
block is cut by continuous motion of the diamond wire saw.
Once the block is cut, it is toppled with the help of hydrobags,
pneumatic pillows, air-jacks, etc. The blocks cut this way are
of exact sizes with minimum losses.
