IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. As a precaution for COVID-19, the candidate must reach centre as indicated against Reporting / Entry time
at centre (9:30 AM on 27.12.2020).
2. No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time (10:45 AM on 27.12.2020).
3. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room / Hall before the end of the examination
(1:00 PM on 27.12.2020).
4. On completion of the examination, please wait for instructions from Invigilator and do not get up from your
seat until advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out one at a time only.
5. All candidates are required to download and carefully read the Instructions and Advisory for COVID-19
given with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
6. The Admit Card and related details are in four pages. The candidate has to download all the four
pages.

Page 3 : Self Declaration (Undertaking) form regarding COVID-19, and
Page 4 : Advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19.
7. Sitting in the written examination with the Admit Card is provisional, subject to satisfying the eligibility
conditions as given in the advertisement.
8. Candidates are suggested to visit the examination venue, earlier, so that they do not face any problem in
locating the examination venue and reach the place in time for the examination.
9. No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Valid original ID
Proof and proper frisking. Frisking through Hand held Metal Detector (HHMD) will be carried out, without
touching body.
10. Candidates are advised to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue: (a) Admit
Card along with self attested additional photograph pasted on the Admit card (b) Duly filled in Self
Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) (c) Personal
hand sanitizer (50 ml) (d) Personal transparent water bottle.
11. Before reaching the Centre, the candidates must enter required details in the Undertaking in legible
handwriting and put their signature.
12. Candidate must carry “Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the
government” – PAN card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card (With photograph). All
other ID / Photocopies of IDs even if attested / scanned photo of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be
considered as valid ID Proof.
13. The candidate must bring PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming relaxation under
PwD category. The scribe must also carry his / her own Self Declaration (Undertaking) regarding educational
qualification, etc., passport size photograph, valid government identity and self-declaration (Undertaking)
regarding COVID-19. The candidate must also bring her / his Own Scribe.
14. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings including electronic devices, mobile phone
and other banned / prohibited items listed in the “Instructions to the candidates” in the Examination Centre.
Examination Officials will not be responsible for any upkeep of personal belongings and there will be no
such facility available at the examination venue also.
15. Shoes / footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted.
16. No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices as the
examination centers are under surveillance of CCTV and equipped with Jammers. Any candidate caught
using any unfair practice shall be debarred from examination and his/her paper shall be cancelled.
17. Candidates are advised to check updates on the organisation website regularly. They should also check their
mailbox on the registered E-mail address and SMS in their registered Mobile No. for latest updates and
information.

ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19
Examination Conducting Authority will implement Social Distancing measures as per Government of India
guidelines in current scenario of COVID-19 to ensure health & safety of the candidates. Adequate measures are
implemented for safety of all without compromising the high standards, sanctity, and fairness in conduct of the
examination. Candidates are also required to adhere to the guidelines and new process for Social Distancing and
hygiene to ensure safety & health of their own and fellow candidates.
For safety purposes, Examination Conducting Authority strongly advises candidates not to bring anything other
than permitted items. There will be no arrangement to store any of the valuable items at the examination venue.
Preparation at centre
1. Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safety precautions and for maintaining required standard of
hygiene are getting implemented.
2. Before the examination starts the Seating Area will be thoroughly sanitized - desk and the chair. All door
handles, staircase railing, lift buttons, etc will be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present at the venue) will be
disinfected.
3. Gap between two seats will be maintained as per GOI guidelines.
4. Hand Sanitizer will be available at entry and inside the exam venue at various places for candidates and
centre staff to use.
5. Invigilators will be wearing gloves to ensure hygiene.
6. It will be ensured that all the processes are touch free.
Pre-Exam Preparation
1. Candidate to check Reporting/ Entry time (9:30 AM on 27.12.2020) at Centre given in the Admit Card and to
reach centre as per Reporting time only to avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of entry and to
maintain social distancing.
2. Candidate should bring Admit card with self attested photograph pasted on it with valid original ID card.
3. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue:
• Exam related documents (Admit Card and original ID card, etc. Please refer Admit Card for more details)
• Filled in Self declaration for Covid-19
• Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
• Personal transparent water bottle
At time of Entry
1. Candidates need to maintain a safe distance from each other at all the times. Queue manager / ropes and
Floor Marks will be arranged outside the centre. Follow the instructions provided by centre staff.
2. Candidates will be required to sanitize hands by washing with soap and with Hand Sanitizer before entry in
centre. Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in the centre.
3. Candidate should bring duly filled in Admit card as per instructions.
4. The candidate is expected to wear a mask at the examination centre.
5. Candidate should bring original Identity Proof and other documents as advised.
6. Do not bring prohibited items to exam centre as there are no arrangements available for safe keeping the
belongings.
7. At time of entry, the Admit Card, Self declaration regarding Covid-19 and valid Government ID card shall
be checked. Body temperature (using Thermal Guns) will also be checked and centre staff will guide the
candidates to respective rooms / hall.
8. Bio-metric attendance of the candidates shall be done before entering the examination rooms / hall.
After Examination
1. On completion of the examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one
candidate at a time. Please wait for instructions from invigilator and do not get up from your seat until
advised.
2. Candidate must ensure that the lower half of Admit Card must be handed over to the invigilator before
coming out of the examination hall / room. If any candidate fails to handover the lower half of the admit
card to the invigilator, action (which also includes disqualification from the exam) will be taken against
him/her.
