Maintenance
It is recommended that the rotor kit and the isolators (rubber cushions) are replaced
every 16 000 hours of operation. If the operational reliability is not critical, it is possible
to keep the replacement kits at site and replace the rotor when necessary (vibration noise
or similar noted) or service the bearings according to bulletin WV92Q230.
Storage of components
Keep the spare parts dry and protected from humidity. Keep the rotor in the anti-corrosion
plastic bag until it will be assembled in the PureVent housing.

1. Introduction
This rotor kit is a replacement spare part for PureVent 2.0 and PureVent 3000. The
parts, e.g. the motor is subject to continuous development. The rotor kit might be
different to the original rotor kit due to this.
The rotor has a dual hole pattern to fit both PureVent 2.0 and PureVent 3000.
Observe that it is not possibly to combine rotor kit with ABB motor together with
rotor kit with WEG motor in Purevent twin/double; both rotor kits must be
exchanged.
