TrueSpace Modular Wall
System

Description
The TrueSpace sub-structure is a precision engineered support frame suitable for
all panel finishes in the TrueSpace range and is designed to ensure a fast, efficient
installation that is versatile and straightforward to modify yet sturdy and robust in
the most demanding of healthcare environments.

Manufactured from either 1.5mm or 2mm galvanised steel section, the TrueSpace
Sub-structure incorporates our special slotted design for screwless fixing of all
panel types and ensuring a uniform gap between panels of only 4mm.

TrueSpace Sub-structure

Vertical Posts
1.5mm or 2 mm galvanized steel uprights
fixed between an upper lower profile
with an adjustable self-levelling
mechanism for uneven floors.

The screwless fixation system ensures the

wall panel can be removed or installed
easily using only a suction cup.

The entire substructure is free-standing

and is not fastened to the raw ceiling to
simplify the installation of services above
intermediate ceiling.

The particular design of the wall fixation

makes the system "self-centering" by
gravity force guaranteeing a constant
distance between the wall panels of
4mm.

Upper Profile
Constructed from 2,0 mm galvanized
steel U Profile, the upper profile is not
fixed to the raw ceiling but it is self-
supporting ensuring clear access for all
services at high level.

Lower Profile
1,5 mm galvanized steel special C
section floor track equipped with special
punched slots for screwless fixation of the
vertical posts.

- Standard substructure height: 3180 mm

- Inner ceiling height: 3000 mm
- Thickness of prefabricated wall: 100 mm
