Date: 15 May, 2014 Assignment Number: MIS-DEV-OTL-33, Funded by: MEOS Project - Mastercard PARTNER DETAILS Client (Partner/Country): Opportunity Bank, Tanzania Reporting to (Client): Stanley Tsikirayi CONSULTANTS Consultants/Vendor: Jethro Limited Reporting to (On Behalf of Client): Paul Babs pura sac le ee és = ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Assignment Overvi A, To facilitate T-24 changes to assist with the implementation of Software Group's Mobile Enterprise Open Sky (MEOS) Solution at OTL Tanzania. B. The existing MEOS functionality should be supported: © Client/group registration (with photo capture); © Account opening (as automated process rather than separate function); ‘+ Loan application (group and individual); © Spm; ‘© Agric data collection; © Custom download, Full download, Full upload; * Reports; © Land Mapping MEOS v.2 will support new additional functionality as following: ® Two users’ roles - Loan Officers and Branch Managers; * Improved synchronization ‘© Site visits functionality; = GEO Tag capturing; 3 ‘© Customer Dashboard; * Not uploaded items; * Group and individual loan applications; © Total loan calculations; ‘+ Loan statuses ~ different access for Loan Officers and Branch Managers; + Loan Contract printed — report created in T24 and exported to MEOS; ‘+ Others more minor additional requirements defined in FSD v1.8. This TOR covers the implementation of the functionalities defined in $G FSD 1.8 C. MEOS should be easily integrated to the core banking system; Temenos T24 Release 6 using PT Bridge D. Reports should be able to be viewed in a well-defined format, and printed from MEOS(all reports currently in R6 for similar operations, if bulky will be accessed from R6 ). Note that the MEOS reports on OTL were dependent on use of PT Reporter which is not available at OTL. E, Other MEOS reports which are bulky should be able to be viewed and spooled from core banking system; Temenos T24 Release 6. F. MEOS should be able to work offline and upload when the net network connectivity is available. Upload will be manually initiated. G. To ensure complete data rule compliance with T24 defined Rules such that data entry via MEOS applies all T24 validations currently defined. The development work and functionality changes within the is TOR will form the basis for all future implementations of MEOS across IM’s in a standardized approach. Deliverables: Create the necessary T24 input and authorisation versions that will enable the Tablet to operate with T24 1 2. Developments of input screens and VERSIONS The 10 days will be spent developing and testing of these screens plus the screen validation routines that need to be developed. Breakdown of activities as follows: ‘a, Development of validation routines such as a routine that a checks if a customer has paid loan application fees or not, a routine that defaults loan officer code, a routine that, b.
