leading WEB Leader program and community projects for 8 th grade students.
 Developed lesson plans that aligned to the Common Core State Standards and Colorado Teacher Quality Standards for
a period of 19 weeks, ensuring individual learning plans and needs were addressed.
 Developed relationships with students, mediated student conflict, classroom managed and enforced discipline.
