these two components are the outputs of data and information. Without these two

components, even data transform to information, but it fail to cause outputs, which
it becomes useless information. Then the external and internal end users refer
feedbacks back to the external and internal sources of data, to evaluate the
relevance and reliability of the data and the productivity of the system.

well communication, didn’t understand each other well and prevents work to be done.
