RECLAMATION
FUCHS Lubricants is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of water miscible and
neat metalworking fluids (MWF’s). All water miscible MWF’s are formulated to work within a
specific concentration range which FUCHS can advise on dependent on which fluid is
selected. All fluids have a “minimum concentration” level, which must be maintained to
sustain bio-stability, good corrosion protection and cutting performance.

If this concentration level is allowed to drop below the minimum level for any given length of
time, various problems can arise. This is why FUCHS works closely with our customers to
ensure the best method of mixing, handling and reclamation is selected dependent on our
customers operations.
