II. INTRODUCTION

Sto. Rosario Elementary School is defining its main goal, Service Rendered for
Excellence and Success; which resiliently soaring high and devoting effort towards its main
goal and track. It is also visioning great success in spite of various hindrances and
circumstances.

Nurturing each learner and facilitating learning is the school’s greatest and important
mission. Thus, SRES educators are passionately and persistently ensuring each learner to
learn, holistically, inculcating them the vital role of education which they can use and apply
for their future. In spite of learners’ diversity, we fairly give importance and immediately
address the specific needs of every learner. We, the SRES educators are extending exemplary
efforts and service for we are not only teaching their young minds but also touching their
hearts, changing their lives and importantly shaping their future.

Considering that year 2019 was considered as a blessed and grateful year for SRES
family. The construction of a 4-storey building with 8 classrooms was started to be built and
hopefully to be finished in year 2020. The building construction brought us a double-bladed
aspect, a blessing and a challenge. It is a blessing for everyone wherein teachers and
learners have the opportunity to have one classroom per grade level.

In addition, considering as a challenge, thus intercepting the main entrance or path,

but still this helped us realize that patience and unity matter. A strong relationship among
learners, parents, teachers, school head, government officials and stakeholders are the vital
persons for the development and progress of the school.

For the activities being conducted by the Division, we give the learners the chance to
join or participate, to enhance and develop their innate talents and skills such as
competitiveness and sportsmanship. Most importantly, these aspects taught them to be
socially competitive, developed good camaraderie, and to be better members of the society.
Challenging them to start little good steps as the stepping stone to dream big just to achieve
those dreams in life.

We from Sto. Rosario Elementary School, focused on excellence which may strongly
lead to great success. Success for always having positive results. It is the outcome of doing
beyond each other’s best. In order for the students to excel in their own grounds, we will
untiringly support each other in conceptualizing and conducting more programs and
activities in school.

This accomplishment report signifies important data and activities of previous years,
mirrors the latest status of the school and visualizes the main goal of the school in the
future. Achieving success is interconnected with great actions with positivity. Thus, positive
mindset plus positive action may lead to positive outcomes.
Success is not only a matter of intelligence and skill but a package of positive attitude
with hard work, passion, patience, determination and commitment.
