A deep fryer is a kitchen appliance used for deep


frying. Deep frying is a method of cooking by submerging food
into oil at high heat, typically between temperatures of 350 °F and
375 °F (175 °C to 190 °C).
Boiling kettle

A modern stovetop kettle is a metal vessel, with a flat


bottom, used to heat water on a stovetop or hob. They usually
have a handle on top, a spout, and a lid. Some also have a steam
whistle that indicates when the water has reached boiling point.
