 Nature of screed to be tiled, (Clean, washed, dried etc..)

 Leveling state of screed
 Rectification method of defective screed
 Duration from cast of screed to tile placing
 Adhesive application rate per unit area
 Presence of tile spacer
 Cutting method of tile for wall side position
 Method of stabilization of tiled surface (Rolling, consolidation)
 Protection measure for unnecessary surface spread of adhesive
