AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

I, ABC, married, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Bineng, La Trinidad,
Benguet, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That I am applying for a Tax Exemption Certificate from the BIR for the purpose
of transferring title numbers 123 of the late XYZ;

2. That I am requesting for a Certificate of Property Holdings under my name and

that of my spouse, EFG from Office of the Municipal Assessor of Sablan;

3. That this Affidavit is made for all legal intents and purposes that this may serve.
