I, Mr. Jayant Bhandari S/o Shri S.L Bhandari, Aged Adult, R/o E-2/68, Arera Colony, Bhopal,
Madhya Pradesh,State an Oath as under:
1. That I am the Partner of the Appellant Partnership Firm M/S Hari Om Proprties and I am
well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the instant Appeal. Being Partner of
the said Firm, Iam authorized to swear this Affidavit on behalf of the Association.
2. That the Appellant has filed facts of cases, grounds for Appeal & Relief sought with
respect to the Appeal in the instant manner. The said Appeal, has been drafted by our
Counsel on my instructions and the contents of all paragraphs mentioned in the Appeal
are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and as per the documents and
information received by us and believed to be true,
3. That the contents of Paragraph 1 to 23 of the Reply on Merits are true and correct to the
