Galvanized and Mill Finish Grating

The information below details our standard mill finish for our steel grating products.

Mill Finish

Mill Finish: For carbon steel grating, refers to the natural finish of carbon steel as it
comes from the mill. Mill carbon steel grating will rust readily when exposed to
moisture.

Consider IKG GRATECOAT™ powder coat finish for additional protection during
transit and for indoor installation -or- a Hot Dip GALVANIZED finish for exterior
installations.
