Foreword
This Quality Management System Manual is documented in accordance to the ISO
9001:2015 (QMS) to the “high-level structure proposed by the ISO committee” to ensure
that it is ready for future developments of management system. It incorporates BoilerMaster
desire and capacity to meet and exceed the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and its future
incarnations.

It is BoilerMaster Management’s privilege, duty and resolves to take care of the well-being
of its employees and stakeholders, by providing heathy and comfortable working
environments, with products meeting the quality requirements of industry and statutory
boards.

This document demonstrates this resolve to achieve the aims, and binds that all participants
to maintain the following goals:

(a) Meeting and exceeding all requirements of ISO 9001:2015

(b) Meeting all statutory requirements and jurisprudence in all locations we work
(c) Meeting or exceeding industry practices
(d) Continuous improvement in all processes and activities

We hope to move beyond the basic “duty of care” of all individuals, towards the
improvement of lives and welfare for all.
