Public place is common on every city.

Some of them are well design and have a huge amount of

impact to the sociaty. Road, Bus station, public squares, parks, beaches are considers as a public place .
Those place are belongs to the government and their citizen can use those without any cost. In this
writing I will evaluate one of the public place in Ho Chi Minh city, and giving suggestion on how to made
it more attractive.

The public place that I going to mention today is the 23/9 park. Locate in the center of Ho Chi minh
city this place is very famous for people to visit for outside activity. The Park was bulit in 1975 after the
Vietnam war It has become a popular area for travel tourists due to the availability of many cheap inns
and mini hotels, along with other travel services. Currently, the park has become an important
entertainment spot for city residents. The annual spring flower festival is held here. The park are 1km
away form Ben Thanh market and surrounding by mutiple building of company. The area is also the
national political and public administration center of Ho chi minh city.

Overall this place is very apealling but the the condition is deteriorating due to the lack of
management and lack of subsidize form city leader. Many facilities in area are broke and seem no sight
for fixing it, Trash has appear everywhere. At night society's vices has took over the place, poor
management on protecting the environment and raise the awareness of people around the are bring the
conditions of the parks to the bottom.

Accordingly, there are some solution which can help the city solving the issues of this area. Firstly, the
city leader must provide some more money to the park to raise the Facilities quality, new equitment
even new ideals for it, tree are importants for this park , but the decorated of it is not very apealling so I
thing they can fix it first, The next thing they can do it to provide more police to clear the society's vices .
spring flower festival is the most important thing to attract tourist to this place. At first is very beautiful
with many type of flowers over Vietnam, the price of those flowers is not very expensive and the quality
of it is increadible. Nowaday the festival still attract tourism but they don’t upgrade it so it become
obsolete to others festivals and being forgeted by tourist. Revolution is needed for this fesstivals to be
on top again some day.

All of these suggestion is the key factor to stable public place in HCM city . I belive after those thing
the park going to be very attractive for citizen and tourism.
