Duties & Responsibilities (List in order of importance)

 Ensuring and analysing the safe working condition before start of the routine day activity.
 Responsible for daily tool box talk TBT before start of the activity
 Keen observation of all field staff physical health condition before leaving for worksite
 Responsible to identify potential risks & Hazards and educate employees about it
 Inspection and Counting of all working equipment including winches, tools, harnesses etc.
 Ensure the pre check of Winch (if installed) and its starting & end points by putting trial loads
 Responsible to deploy supervisors at all dumping locations
 Pre inspection of Cable condition
 Ensure the safe transportation of material to worksites
 Responsible to conduct blasting if needed in any route to access work site
 Hiking process in done under his supervision
 Responsible to provide frequent breaks to employees for rests
 Responsible to keep first aid kit filled with necessary items
 Ensure the compliance of safe working procedures with all other SOPs
 Ensure the compliance of all personal protective equipment e.g. safety Harness gloves,
helmets
