PE: 
PE is offered daily for students while they are doing at home, asynchronous learning. 
Check your student learning agenda to see when your teacher is requiring you to attend.
Find this week’s PE activities on Mr. Ayala;s GC page..  Complete 30 minutes of his Slide
deck lessons AND 15 minutes of his live Zoom class. See LIVE ZOOM PE times below.   His
link to his Zoom is in your teacher’s Google Classroom.  PE effort is included on the
trimester report card.

AR/Accelerated Reader: 
Read AR books within your reading range only.  Books may be checked out of the library,
found on Epic! (digital), or they may be books you own.  Check AR levels of all books at
arbookfind.com Take tests on Renaissance Learning, found on CLEVER.  Spend this time
reading and after reading a picture book 3X and a chapter book 1X, take a test.  The AR
site may shut down after 2:15 PM. AR test results are included in your average Reading
grade for the trimester. 

iReady Reading/Math:
Spend the assigned length of time activity reading or doing math, depending on the day. 
The time does not include the game time.  iReady results are included in Reading and Math
grades for the trimester. iReady can be found via CLEVER.

Spelling City:
Goto spellingcity.com, or find it on your teacher’s CLEVER page.  We do NOT have the
premium subscription. Click SEARCH. Click TEACHERS/PARENTS.  In the white bar type
your teacher’s name. (Lisa Fraser, Sandy Jung, or Scott Villanueva) Click your teacher’s
name again. Find the list for the week.  Has your teacher told you what game to play or is
it up to you?  Be sure you know.  When taking the spelling test TEST ME, you must print
out a paper copy of your results and bring it to your teacher. Spelling will be included in
your Language Arts grade for the trimester.

Flashcards:
Spend this time using your flashcards as your teacher has taught you.  Try to get faster
each day.  Be sure you know what level you are on.  Golden’s order of fact memorization is
5’s, 2’s, 10’s, 3’s, 4’s, 0/1’s, 6’s, 7’s, 8’s, 0-10’s.  Math fact timed tests are included in your
trimester Math grade.

Xtra Math/Math Tiles:

This activity is by invitation only.  Xtramath.com may be done in replacement of 
“flashcard” time for those who have completed all levels on their teacher’s timed tests. 
Math tiles are also reserved for students who have completed all levels on their teacher’s
timed tests.  These may also be used in replacement of “flashcard” time.
