We give you praise for your divine guidance. Turn to
us we pray in our time of need. Look graciously on
your church in the Virgin Islands. We are grateful to
you for your goodness to us since the creation of our
Diocese. Over the years you shepherded us through
dedicated Pastors.
They helped us grow in unity. They strengthened
our spiritual life through the Gospel and Eucharist.
Now, more than ever, we come to you in praise and
thanksgiving as we pray for vocations and seek
leaders inspired by you.
As we thank you for blessing us with priests, we
look ahead and pray that you turn your ear to us
during this time of expectations. Among our many
and various needs, we pray that you grant us a
bishop that will continue to shepherd us in ways
pleasing to your designs. We long for a bishop that
will love your people and continue to minister to all
the souls entrusted to his care.
Dear Lord, we pray that you watch over our priests,
religious and the laity. Unite and inspire them to
work together in order to advance the work of
Evangelization in your territory.
We join our voices with the psalmist and say:
“Blessed is the one who comes in the Name of the
Lord.”(PS 118:26). Yes Lord, may your blessings
