This is a group work. All answers should be typed using MS Word and submitted through
the Blackboard in project section. Any handwritten answers will not be accepted.

Due Date: In Week 7 , Sunday , 28-Feb-2021. Any late submission will get 0 mark.

PHASE ONE (PLANNING) MUST contains the following:

▪ Title of your project. (You can add Logo)

▪ Introduction. (one paragraph )

▪ Project System Service Request (SSR). (Use the form in figure 3-2 in the
textbook)

▪ Project Charter. (Use the form in Lecture 3 Slide 11)

▪ Project Scope statement. (Use the form in figure 5-10 in the textbook)

▪ At least one reference (APA style)

Project Report Format

Cover page
• Use the given template for the cover page.
• Do not change anything in the header and footer.
• Just insert your project title, group ID, student name and student ID in the
template.
• Use Calibri Light, font size 28, centralized for the project title.
• Use Calibri, font size 16, centralized for the group ID.
• Use Calibri, font size 12, centralized for the student name and ID.

Report
• The table of contents must be in the second page.
• The table of labels (figures, tables and diagrams) must be in the third page.
• The Task assignment table must be in the fourth page.
• Each content must be in a separate page.
• You must add label for each figure or table.
• Use Time New Roman, font size 11, justified for the body text.
• Use Time New Roman, font size 12, bold for the header.
