Description:
The Peek-a-Boo Bodysuit is a lightweight garment designed for daytime parties,
nights out on the town, or even a day at the beach! It features a thong back so
that it may be worn under jeans, leggings, shorts, or skirts. It’s made with 100%
cotton and can even be used as swimwear. The all-over mesh gives it a light,
breezy texture, while making you feel ultra sexy for summer. Grab your hook and

Pattern:
The pattern is worked by making squares that you will seam together to form the
body of the suit. Size small will complete rows 1 – 7, size medium will complete rows
1 – 9, and size large will complete rows 1 – 11, before moving onto the border row.
After completing your first square, each size will make 8 more squares in the same
manner as their first, before moving onto seaming the 9 squares together. If you are
a visual learner, or prefer stitch charts, see the stitch charts on pages 4 - 6 of the
pattern. *Note: There is a different stitch chart for each size.*
Squares Instructions:
1. With your 2 mm crochet hook, ch 4 and join with a sl st to form a ring, ch 3,
(counts as dc here and throughout pattern), 2 dc, ch 4, * 3 dc, ch 4*, rep **
twice more, sl st in top of ch 3, don’t turn.
2. Ch 3, 2 dc, *[1 dc, puff, ch 4, puff, 1 dc] in next ch 4 sp, 3 dc*, rep ** twice
more, [1 dc, puff, ch 4, puff, 1 dc] in next ch 4 sp, sl st in top of ch 3.
3. Ch 3, 3 dc, 1 dc in puff st, ch 1, [puff, ch 4, puff] in next ch 4 sp, ch 1, *1 dc in
next puff, 5 dc, 1 dc in next puff, ch 1, [puff, ch 4, puff] in next ch 4 sp, ch 1*,
rep ** twice more, 1 dc in next puff, 1 dc, sl st in top of ch 3.
Use the following video to help you seam all the squares together. I use the
second technique shown in this video using a tapestry needle to work through
the top of the dc sts, however you can use whatever technique you prefer, as long
as you create a seamless look on the RS.

Once all 9 squares are connected and look like the above pattern when laid flat,
seam the two edges showing dotted lines together. You should now be able to
see the shape of the bodysuit!
13. Ch 3, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc, 2 hdc, 2 dc, (9 sts) turn. DO NOT CUT WORKING
YARN.
Now you’re going to turn the bodysuit inside out and line up the top of the
connection piece (CP) with the bottom of the front piece (FP) of the garment:
Sl st 1st st of CP and 3rd dc to the right of the ch 3 sp of the FP together, sl st 2nd
st of CP and ch 1 sp of FP (front piece) together, sl st 3rd st of CP and dc of FP
together, sl st 4th st from CP and ch 3 sp together, sl st 5th st of CP and dc of FP
together, sl st 6th st of CP and ch 1 sp of FP together, sl st 7th st of CP and dc of
FP together, sl st 8th st of CP and ch 1 sp of FP, sl st 9th st of CP and dc of FP
together.
