CERAE DAY 1

CONTEXT In our first day of duty in our second week we

focused on the topics regarding our case analysis.
We have discussed about lumbar puncture, cerebral
angiography and electroencephalogram.

This was a very productive day. I was able to

EXPERIENCE breakdown the different topics that our clinical
instructor has provided us and learned a lot from
them. He asked questions that were in the board
exam which was very helpful because it can help us
be prepared and know what questions we may
encounter in the board. I have easily understood the
lessons and took up new information in the process.

Knowing these different types of procedures will not
REFLECTION only help me in the case we are about to discuss but
also in the future when I am a registered nurse. It is
important for me to familiarize these different types
of procedures because I might encounter them in the
future.
I will do more readings so that I may be prepared in
ACTION our duty. I must familiarize myself more and my
responsibilities as a nurse regarding these
procedures. That is for me to be prepared when the
time comes especially in nursing care for the patient.

Overall, I have learned a lot from this day and I am

EVALUATION sure to learn more in the upcoming days and weeks.
Looking forward for day 2 where we will go in depth
about our case.
