Employment
The development of business organizations can increase resources of a society. For instance, the
growth of a particular company in a specific area will increase the employment opportunities in
respective area (Kaplan 2020). Thus, it can be said that presence of the business operations in an
area ultimately increases employment while in areas where business operations are down, such
areas will ultimately experience a poor level of attention by the regulatory bodies and will have
lower growth as compared to the business areas. In this regard, it will be essential to comment
that KIPCO substantially increasing its business operations by increasing its subsidiaries,
therefore, the employment opportunities widely created by KIPCO. KIPCO currently operating
in 24 countries having more than 60 business operations working with more than 16,000
employees. It shows KIPCO’s concerns regarding employment opportunities.

Market Offering
Market offerings refer to a target market that emphasized the organization to get growth. As it
has mentioned that KIPCO increasing its business operation which ultimately increasing the
market offering for the company. Besides this, the diverse nature of the business operations has
created opportunities to reach maximum markets (Saleem et al. 2020). By doing so, it entitled to
increase the overall market share of KIPCO.

Investors
The wide and diverse nature of KIPCO’s business operations has attracted investors to invest in
different subsidiaries. For instance, currently, KIPCO has started its business operation in real
estate which encourages the investors to invest in such a specific subsidiary (Miklian et al.
2018). Therefore, it will be worth mentioning that increasing business operations of KIPCO
leads to increasing the number of investors.

Government
KIPCO is a private company and the government substantially emphasizing the private
companies to operate in good manners by contributing to national economy. KIPCO is the
largest diverse private business firm in the context of Kuwait, therefore, the government of

Kuwait significantly encourages investors by offering benefits for KIPCO. Besides this, the
active rules and regulations by the regulatory bodies have intended to upsurge the performance
of KIPCO.

Society
The existence of the business organization in society leads to a higher level of development for
society. For instance, the prior studies have identified that the developed areas have a higher
number of business companies as compared to the developed areas (Seghir 2017). As KIPCO
operating in 24 countries with more than 60 business operations, it means giving opportunities to
the specific areas of the respective countries to get growth. Besides this, KIPCO has a
significantly positive impact on the society, as the Burgan bank of KIPCO operating in the
context of Kuwait with the largest ATM network. It can be highlighted as it offers benefits to the
developing areas. Thus, it can be concluded that the presence of the business organization
substantially beneficial for the society in terms of growth and employment.

Mission
To target a wide range of markets by offering diverse business operations.

The mission statement of KIPCO indicating the current business target, that is to increase the
target markets by expanding its business operation. For this purpose, KIPCO consistently
engaging in activities to increase the number of subsidiaries. By doing so, it will increase the
target markets and ultimately the diverse nature of the business operations.

Vision
To be the market leader in diverse business operations by offering quality products and services.

The vision statement of KIPCO significantly indicating that the priorities of KIPCO’s business
are to increase their business as it currently operating 60 different operations in different fields.
Besides this, the current position of KIPCO can be understood by exploring the vision of
KIPCO, it currently has 60 businesses in 24 countries which indicating the market offerings of
KIPCO. Thus, it can be concluding that the vision of KIPCO substantially highlights to be a
market leader in diverse markets.

Values
The primary values of KIPCO include passion, accountability, boldness, integrity, commitment,
and honesty. All of these values substantially contributing to the success of its business
operations. For instance, the accountability of the different business operations has been done
through internal and external audits which ensures the privacy and accuracy of business
operations. By doing so, it enables KIPCO to operate in more appropriate ways with the purpose
to increase their market share. Besides this, these core values of KIPCO substantially increasing
of business performance. In this regard, the prior research studies have commented that the core
values of a business directly linked with its performance (Singh, Marinova & Singh 2020). Thus,
it can be sum up that these core values of KIPCO predicted the productivity of the company and
becomes the reason for its success in the national and international markets.

Short-term Goals
KIPCO has defined its goals with the purpose to achieve them by highlighting its success in the
market. For this purpose, it has defined its short-terms goals like increasing investment in the
business operation. In this regard, it has started its operation in several new industries like
recently it joined the real estate industry of Kuwait. This is because to provide an opportunity to
the investors (Kumaraswamy & Quamar 2020). Furthermore, its Burgan bank becomes a more
successful business in Kuwait, therefore, it hits financial markets again by offering the insurance
company in Kuwait context.

Business Tactics
The business tactics include markets, promotions, supply chain, information technology,
security, pricing, environment, and location (Singh, Marinova & Singh 2020). By analyzing the
values and goals of KIPCO, it can be said that KIPCO consistently focused on business tactics.
For instance, its increased target markets by increasing business operation and supply chain. For
this purpose, its increasing promotional activities to increase organizational capital. Besides this,
pricing strategies of the organization can be understood through the cost and differentiation
strategies. In this regard, it will be essential to mention that some business operations of KIPCO
are cost leaders while some are differentiation leaders. Therefore, it can be concluded that
KIPCO consistently following its business tactics.
