1. Search for articles in international research journals (Emerald Insight, Science Direct, etc.) are not
allowed to search from google scholar and research gate. Looking for 8 research articles from 2010 to
2020, regarding the research variables "Productivity, Turn Over, OCB and Job Satisfaction", each
variable represented by 2 research articles.
2. Then a summary is made regarding the definitions of the 3 research variables based on the sources
of international journal articles that have been obtained.
