How To Stay Happy During Lockdown


Due to increase number of coronavirus cases, some areas have been locked down
for quite a long time. The days of lockdown must be very boring, is there any way
to have fun even in a pandemic like this? There is! There are tons of ways to deal
with boredom during lockdown.

Here are tips that can be used to get rid of boredom that might be helped:
1. Create a hobby that is relatively relaxed and can be done indoors.
"Create or find a relatively relaxed hobby". Do it at least 30 minutes till 1
hour a day, this activity can also help you train your skills in this hobby, this
activity is so effective in order to wipe your boredom and anxiety that is felt
by our body and mind.

2. Talking or getting closer to family or friends.


Talk to other people regularly, can prevent stress and overthinking this is
one of the best way for maintaining mental health and happiness we can also
share stories with each other and give our own opinion about something.

3. Shop online.
Online shopping is one of the things that can be done indoors or at home,
order items that function as a boredom remover.
4. Limit Internet usage
Excessive internet usage can have an impact on a person's mental health. If
someone reads an article about the drastic increase in the number of
pandemic it can make victims worry and prevent them from thinking
positively, this makes it difficult for someone to feel happy and happy,
therefore limit your internet usage to less than 1 to 2 hours per day.

Here are the things I did during lockdown to stay happy:


 Try painting, watching classical and musical dramas, and listening to
music!
 Play video games and talk with friends via mobile phones.
 Learn and write stories.
 Reading Comics and Novels.

Those are some things you can do at this time of the year. How to entertain
yourself above is very easy, right?
Even so, there are many more things that can be done to stay happy during the
lockdown period, hopefully it can help you keep happy during lockdown. Good
