1. Company or Corporate Culture

a. Corporate culture or corporate culture is a growing and growing value in an
organization, a fundamental way of thinking, behaving and acting throught the
entire organization, and is passed down from one generation to a generation of
corporate cultural consepts can be seen based on a few elements of principles,
values, the norms and beliefs that olch members carry out of a corporate cultural
consept are cleary demonstrated by how something works in an organization
should be excuted and judged
b. Example of corporate culture at PT Djarum. PT Djarum is A cigarette company
in Indonesia Headquartered in Kudus, Central Java. Current, Djarum is a
company Sophisticated and progressive, and is a of the three company largest
cigarette in indonesia.

2. The importance of preparation in a presentation

1. The speaker can present the information crearly, because there is
preparation in advance
2. Can deliver systematically
3. It is likely that the speaker in his presentation will draw the attention of
the listener, being unguided to either text or rote, but not straying from
the material outline
4. Are more comfortable in delivery
5. The speaker can make eye contact with the listener, this revealing
whether the message is appealing or not

Dear Sir/Madam

According to the job vacancy information in PT. Frigorex Indonesia, which is found on the jobsDC
website on June 26th, 2020. Regarding my interest to work in the position of the Account manager I
have called above.

Before I had the information related to the job vacancy, I had attended the economics college in
Kebumen to deepen my education in economics that I would use in the workforce. Next I have the
ability to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Then I once followed the organization at school
time, such as scouts and that's where I was more able to improve the discipline of good disciplines in
the use of time or in doing work and more accountable when confronted by a work or assignment.

Then I have an experience that matches the position being offered in the company. Since I've been in
the training of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as I am studying in high school and can be seen
with a certificate if needed.
