Write your observations on the teacher’s classroom performance on the space provided. Use additional whenever necessary.

The teacher started the lesson with an activity to elicit responses from students wherein
she managed to get students ready to engage in the desired task. The teacher shows good
command and knowledge of subject matter; demonstrates breadth and depth of mastery. She
effectively addresses apply knowledge within key content element and facilities of content and
across curriculum teaching areas.

As for the flow of the delivery, she organizes subject matter; evidences preparation; is
thorough; states clear objectives; emphasizes and summarizes main points, meets class at
scheduled time, regularly monitors on-line course. She holds interest of students; is respectful,
fair, and impartial; provides feedback, encourages participation; interacts with students, shows
enthusiasm.

Further, the teacher addresses the current context of New Normal Education wherein
consider the uses of relevant teaching methods, aids, materials, techniques, and technology;
includes variety, balance, imagination, group involvement; uses examples that are simple, clear,
precise, and appropriate; stays focused on and meets stated objectives with the use of videos and
powerpoint presentation through ICT integration to different media platforms.
Thus, transition between activities was most of the time done smoothly. The teacher
indeed succeeded in marking the beginnings and closings of activities. She exhibits sensitivity to
students' personal culture, gender differences and disabilities, responds appropriately in a non-
threatening, pro-active learning environment in the New Normal process. She establishes online
course or classroom environment conducive to learning; maintains eye contact; uses a clear
voice, strong projection, proper enunciation, and standard English that suits the delivery and to
the learners as well.
Indeed, the teacher delivery the lesson that uses time wisely; attends to course
interaction; demonstrates leadership ability; maintains discipline and control; maintains effective
e-platform management. As well as, the teacher portrays evidences of self-confidence; maintains
professional comportment and appearance.
