Menopause, also known as the climacteric, is the time in most women's lives


when menstrual periods stop permanently, and they are no longer able to bear
children. Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation at the end of
reproductive life due to loss of ovarian follicular activity. Menopause has the four
phases are premenopause, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.
