Unit 10: Understanding Emotions

 Give four example of a time you experienced each of the emotions in A.

 When I started living in Medellin, the first night without my family I felt very lonely.
 On my birthday, my mom and my boyfriend prepared a surprise with breakfast and sweets, I was very surprised.
 Several years ago my mom was sick and they hospitalized her, after that everything was fine, I felt very relieved.
 I was delighted with my boyfriend, because he made me a dinner for our anniversary.

 Do you think the UPB should offer mental health counseling online during the quarantine and after? What
do you think are the most important mental health considerations that students at the UPB are dealing
with during this current crisis?

I think implement talks on mental health is important because the UPB has a large number of students and many
of them may have difficulties of this type. This can affect how a person thinks, feels and acts, since currently
concern about jobs or not finding a job can generate depression, negative thoughts, few hours of sleep, stress, etc.,
which must be treated in time for avoid negative results.

I'm Mafe, I was born in Cúcuta on September 22, 1999, in 2017 I started living in Medellín because I won a
scholarship called "Ser pilo paga".
I am delighted with my career, I think chemical engineering was my best choice.
  In Cúcuta I live with my mom and my grandfather and I have four dogs and three cats. I like animals and quiet
places where I can draw, especially anime characters.

In the future I would like to know the majority of natural places in Colombia and then travel to the rest of the
world, for example, Japan, Korea, Italy, among others.
Another thing I like are horror movies and video games, my favorite movie saga is "Wrong Turn" and my favorite
video game is "Outlast".
Regarding clothes, I like dresses, skirts, boots and sweaters, and all my clothes are only in black and White.
Sometimes I use soft or warm colors.
